By purchasing an item advertised on this website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Rosebud + Pebbles may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those Terms and Conditions, as amended.

All material on this site, including, but not limited to images, illustrations, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights which are owned and controlled by Rosebud + Pebbles, its related companies or by other parties that have licensed their material to Rosebud + Pebbles. Material on rosebudandpebbles.com or any website owned, operated, licensed or controlled by Rosebud + Pebbles is solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Such material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, including by e-mail or other electronic means, without the express prior written consent of Rosebud + Pebbles. Materials for any purpose other than personal is a violation of Rosebud + Pebbles copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights and is prohibited.

FLOWERS

They are a seasonal and organic product. We will strive to meet your request but will have to substitute the flower type if the flowers are unavailable or deemed bad quality. In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality without notice. Products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.


PAYMENT

Your order will only be processed if full payment details are given. We accept payment online by all major credit and debit cards. Prices all include VAT.

PERSONAL MESSAGES

You must agree that any messages sent by us as a third party will not contain anything that can be construed as vulgar, abusive, harassing, racist or defamatory and that may cause upset and embarrassment to the recipient or any other person. Rosebud + Pebbles has the right to refuse to send or display objectionable messages.


CANCELLATION

Should you need to amend your order, we require 72 hours notice to change or amend delivery details. Please notify us as soon as possible by email. We do not offer cancellation but understand that under certain circumstances things can change. On these occasions we can make an amendment to your order, choosing different delivery date as near as possible to your chosen date and/or change of recipient details.

DELIVERY

Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery or extra charges, so before placing your order, please ensure you have included the full name, address details, accurate postcode and telephone number of the intended recipient and your daytime contact telephone number or email address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered. 

In extreme circumstances, some orders cannot be fulfilled on the required day for reasons beyond our control. On these occasions you acknowledge that delivery will be completed as near as possible to your chosen delivery date.

In the instance of there being difficulties in delivering your order to the intended recipient we (including the florist or third party delivering your order) reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details you provide on the order form.


LIABILITY

If the flowers we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us of the problem within a day of the delivery of the product in question.

COMPLAINTS

In the event that you are not satisfied with our service any complaints should be addressed in the first instance to: rosebudandpebbles@gmail.com Because of the perishable nature of flowers and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.
